Hydrate your feet!

Ladies, I'm sure you spend a lot of effort, money and time making yourself pretty on facial treatment, hair treatment, body treatment and more. You will never notice that you've neglected your feet. Are your toenails healthy? Do you have crack heels?

There's 2 simple ways you can keep your feet hydrated.

Try applying a thick layer of moisturizer and wear a cotton socks to bed. But if you tend to kick a lot in your sleep, you can do this in the day too. Instead of wearing a cotton socks, try plastic bags, it will completely seal in the moisture of the lotion. Its the same theory as wearing a mask; the plastic bag separates your feet with the outer atmosphere, so your feet is able to absorb every moisture from the lotion.
